T...I've had my own cancellation woes with DirectTV. They tried to keep me, had to firmly say no a hundred times. I asked if I owed anything still. They said yes, a partial payment for the month. I authorized payment, then SIX MONTHS later they send me a bill for a pay-per-view I'd ordered eight months back. I called them up basically to say, "What the hell?"
